Once you confirm the order, one of our representatives gets back to you to understand what kind of video you are looking for. Are there any specific characters, scenarios, or story plot you want to incorporate? The idea behind this approach is to understand the core concept and craft a script based upon the precise creative brief. To do that, you can talk to us over a phone call, online chat, email, or just the way you want. We then produce a first draft of the script and send it to you to seek your comments, feedback, and suggestion before we mutually decide a final approved script.
The storyboard
With an approved script, we move towards the next phase of video animation, which is creating a storyboard. It is the most crucial part where all your ideas, concepts, and preferences get illustrated and set the direction for the rest of the animation process. Therefore, while working on the storyboard, we closely stay in touch with you to keep you updated and incorporate all your suggestions and feedback.

To make the most out of your valuable time, he will ask for your preferences, goals, and objectives and dig in deeper for a complete understanding of your video animation project.
After that, you will receive a formal estimate with a standard service agreement. And after elaborating on the brainstorming session, we mutually decide the type of animation you should be looking for. Once the direction is being set, we craft a script. And when you approve the script, our specialists start illustrating the theme of the storyboard.
When the theme of the storyboard is decided, our team moves on to illustrate the complete storyboard as per the approved script. Meanwhile, we share a wide range of voiceover samples with you to choose an artist of your choice.
After you decide on which voiceover should be used, we sync that with the video animation and you get to see the preview of the video. We wait for your input, your valuable feedback, or comments, and then make the modifications accordingly to deliver the final video animation.

Do I need to provide content?
Our script writers know the art of storytelling and craft appealing content as per the goal of your video. However, if you have already prepared a script, we will give it a look and share honest feedback to let you know if it could work well for your project.
What will be the length of the video?
It has been observed that short videos (30-120 secs) are more impactful in grabbing the attention. But how well your message is being conveyed should be a crucial factor in deciding the exact duration of the video.
When can I get my video ready?
Generally, our video production project takes 3-6 weeks to get completed. It really depends on your specific requirements and deadlines. Pacing up the project without any urgent requirement or your approval is something we never recommend.
What are the payment terms?
50% upfront, 50% when the video is completed. We have made sure to provide our clients with multiple payment options, such as PayPal, Master Card, VISA, American Express, and iDEAL so that they can pay as per their convenience.
